A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any fragrance products, including opened or unopened bottles, samples, or promotional items.
Each perfume is blended and bottled with care; once it leaves our studio, it can no longer re-enter our production cycle.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately С we are always here to help.
Proof of damage (photos/videos) may be required, and the recording should begin before the parcel is opened, starting from the moment of unboxing.
